Cooper Pegler Profile Trigger Assembly

This trigger will replace the trigger assembly on the Cooper Pegler CP15 Electric Backpack sprayer.

NB, this item is a bare trigger and does not include the micro switch, hose or cable which needs to be removed form your old trigger, & hose assembly and re -used.

Fitting

The old trigger will need to be removed from the hose assembly by unscrewing the hosetail.

The yellow or orange plastic trigger pull will need to be carefully removed from the trigger assembly

The two pins that hold the Microswitch in place will need to be carefully pushed out.

The two wires on the back of the microswitch will need to be de-soldered from the microswitch

The wires can then be pulled out of the trigger

Now the cable can be fitted to the new trigger and the cables re soldered to the micro switch.

All other items can then be refitted to the new trigger.
